Triad Properties Completes Second Phase of Jetplex Tradeport

Triad Properties has completed construction of a 102,100-square-foot speculative building – the second phase of its Jetplex Tradeport facilities. The first speculative building was completed in 2008. The buildings are suitable for light manufacturing and assembly and/or warehouse/distribution. They offer 24-foot minimum clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, skylights, 60-foot concrete truck aprons, and 9-foot x 10-foot dock-height loading doors. The tilt-wall construction was designed to incorporate accents bands with attractively designed storefront entrances.

With its headquarters in Huntsville and regional offices in Atlanta and Dallas, Triad Properties is a fully integrated real estate investment and operating company specializing in developing, acquiring, managing, and leasing quality office and industrial properties in major metropolitan areas. The Triad strategy is to be a leading acquirer and developer of industrial and office space in certain primary markets. Since 1994, Triad has acquired and developed more than eight million square feet of office, industrial, medical, and self-storage product throughout the Southeast and Southwest.

According to Brooks Kracke, Director, Jetplex Industrial Park, “These developments meet a need for larger space within the Park. Previously, available space was primarily in the 50,000-square-foot to 100,000-square-foot range. These projects add additional quality developments to the Jetplex. The ideal location just off I-565 at the entryway to the airport is attractive to tenants who are seeking a high-profile location for their new operation or expansion.”
