Team Redstone Celebrates New Interactive Display at HSV

On March 12, key officials from Redstone Arsenal gathered in the recently constructed public waiting facility at Huntsville International Airport to dedicate its new interactive display. The 20-foot display communicates the organizational missions, programs, and synergy of more than 55 Redstone Arsenal organizations collectively known as Team Redstone. The central part of the display features larger-than-life videos of real people from a wide variety of Team Redstone organizations.

"Set against a dramatic backdrop, these people tell the story of why their job is important to them and their country,” said Tim McElyea, President of Media Fusion, the designer of the display. “These are not actors, but real people from a broad cross section of professions that feel an emotional connection to the Warfighter.”

The exhibit also features an interactive area that enables visitors to find out more about member organizations by searching through an interactive directory that organizes Team Redstone in terms that the general public can understand.

According to Rick Tucker, Executive Director, Huntsville International Airport, “We are incredibly proud to have the new Team Redstone display as part of our new public waiting area. This state-of-the-art, interactive display highlights the phenomenal and critically important work that Team Redstone does to support our Warfighters and defend our nation. We are very appreciative of Team Redstone's partnership and their hard work and dedication to bring this beautiful exhibit to our facility and to this community.”
